Say I have three pairwise disjoint events \(E_0, E_1, \) and \(E_2\). The probability of each one occurring is \(\frac{1}{4}\). What is the probability that any one of these events occurs? Enter answers as a decimal.

Using the Sum Rule of pairwise disjoint events we get: \(Pr\left[E_0\cup E_1\cup E_2 \right] = Pr\left[E_0\right] + Pr\left[E_1\right] + Pr\left[E_2\right] = \frac{1}{4}+\frac{1}{4}+\frac{1}{4}=\frac{3}{4}\).
